At Tandem Style, we want your matching family pieces to arrive safely and quickly so you can start making memories in them right away.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days of your order being placed.
During peak periods (holidays or special promotions), processing may take a little longer, however we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship within Australia using trusted carriers:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping may apply for orders over a certain amount
Any applicable shipping promotions will be automatically applied at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. International shipping will be offered in the future, stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can see your parcel’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take care in packing each order, but if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at:

Limited Time Local Delivery Offer (Ending Sunday, 7 June)

We are pleased to offer a limited-time complimentary local delivery service for our closest community members.

Terms & Conditions:

Minimum Spend: Orders must total $50 AUD or more (after discounts are applied) to qualify for free local delivery.

Eligible Locations: Delivery is restricted to residential and business addresses within a 20-minute radius of our Newport studio. This includes Newport, Williamstown, Altona, Yarraville, Footscray, and immediately surrounding suburbs.

Checkout Activation: Your delivery address must fall within our designated Shopify radius or postcode zone for the free option to appear at checkout.

Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order placement. You will receive a text or email notification when your order is out for delivery.

Standard Free Shipping: For all addresses outside our local delivery zone, standard free shipping applies automatically to all orders over $100 AUD Australia-wide.
