Processing Time

  • All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days of your order being placed.

  • During peak periods (holidays or special promotions), processing may take a little longer, however we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship within Australia using trusted carriers:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free standard shipping may apply for orders over a certain amount

  • Any applicable shipping promotions will be automatically applied at checkout.

International Shipping 

Currently, we only ship within Australia. International shipping will be offered in the future, stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can see your parcel’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take care in packing each order, but if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at:
